Thanks to all of you who are replying to me on the topic of documentation
of phone calls, helplines etc.  I have been asked by several to compile
what I am receiving to bring forth as discussion among the group. I would
be very glad to do this since it seems that there are more than a few of us
out there that are in a quandry about the most efficient - concise and
friendly form of documentation.  Please continue to e-mail me with your
approaches and I will pull it all together for a posting soon
