There's another thing here, too, Dawn. If VLCA is an USLCA/ILCA affiliate, VLCA has to abide by USLCA/ILCA rules and by the IBLCE code of ethics.

Both of those say we don't take funding from WHO Code violators.

It's like there's no thinking or feeling involved here if a conference is sponsored by an USLCA/ILCA affiliate.  

How we proceed is clear.
In some ways, it's so nice that the figuring-it-out has already been done for us!

Vermont LCA Conference in April. They helped us get started and have been
