Here we go again.  How do antibodies against platelets, which are IgG, get
into the milk in any sufficient quantities to cause problems for the baby,
*even* if they did get absorbed into the baby's blood, which they can't.
Don't the pediatricians know that the antibodies in the milk are almost all
SIgA, which are not absorbed from the gut?  Regular IgG would probably not
survive.  The mother should breastfeed.  It is ridiculous how an advantage
of breastfeeding is used to stop mothers from breastfeeding.  Aaargh!!!!

Got a similar case going in Sacramento, and even the immunologists don't get
it.
