It was posted that DHA (Docosahexanoic Acid) could be received by eating several eggs a week.
Actually the 69% fat of eggs is more saturated fat and some MUFA (Monounsaturated fatty acids). The polyunsaturated fats are the
lowest and those 2 that make DHA (the EFA linoleic and linolenic acid) are very low in eggs. Vegetarians (specifically vegans) have
the highest DHA levels in breastmilk-probably from a diet much higher in EFA's from nuts and seeds and oils. Fish oils also provide
the EFA's that  make up DHA!
