Mary Ann raises an interesting question - is the milk delayed due to the
Mag (MgSO4) or is it because of the BP which led to the Mag use in the
first place? I've noticed that babies born to moms who have been on Mag
for some time for premature labor aren't as "Mag'd out" as the ones
where she has received it during labor for increased BP. Is it possible
that the more the body is exposed to it the more the body compensates
and overcomes or lessens some of the potential side effects?
Winnie
