Helen,
I'm not aware of any conferences but will be presenting a session at the
ILCA conf in Sydney on the benefits of breastfeeding an adopted child not
associated with the properties of breastmilk.
If you're looking for good basic information on relactation/induced
lactation however, the best resource I have come across is the WHO booklet
which you can access online at
