This has been discussed before.  There is a description in The Breastfeeding
Atlas of this phenom. and a picture.  It isn't uncommon.  In fact, in dairy
herds, clumping in the milk is one of the things that alerts the dairyman or
woman to the fact the cow has mastitis.  It is essentially debris, and perhaps a
by-product of increased lipolysis.
