I like the concept of the special K latch. Sounds like a great way to 
help moms visualize what a good lip angle should be.

Fish lips was an old concept for identifying flanged lips. While we 
don't want to see a baby suck in his lips, only the lower lip is really 
flanged during a good deep latch. The upper lip is more neutral. A very 
flanged upper lip usually means a shallow latch, and pain for mom.
