Some babies have chicken hair , some don't . Some have allergies  some
don.t. I don't think
they are related at all. Maybe babies with straight staticy hair live in
a really dry environment, Maybe they have more rashes because because
their skin is dry and that can make them very itchy and fussy. Actually
the baby fine wild hair is adorable.
