A great book on this topic with lots of photos is : 'Handboek
Kinderdermatologie' (Handbook Pediatric Dermatology) from Arnold P. Oranje,
ISBN # 90-352-1508-7
The only problem is that it's written in Dutch. I don't know whether or not
it is available in English.

If not, maybe this posting was able to point your search in the right
direction.
