You may wish  to have the doctors in this situation contact Dr.
Newman...directly. He is available by phone and by email and is quick to
respond.  He has used this prescription with many many women and will have a
good response, I believe.

I just have to chuckle just slightly though at the request for stringent
documentation .  While I do think that having this documentation should be
the standard, and  is an excellent idea professionally, it is amazing what
goes on without any documentation but just because " I said so."   : ) from
some providers.

I support the standard  for documentation and evidence based practice, and I
note that this standard does not seem to apply to all practicing health care
providers across the board, at all moments.  The "evidence" we used may not
measure up, or be existent in some instances, and this is a shame and a
double standard.
