Introduction and possible allergy reaction
This brings more questions for this situation. You mention what occurs while
infant is at the breast and falling asleep. How long after nursing does she
fall asleep? Are there any color changes in her appearance while she is
nursing( is she nice and pink or is their any signs of blue, gray, around the
lips, nose ? Is it possible for the mothers breastmilk to be tested since you
mention she is in an area of high pollution? IF this is also occuring when
infant is sleeping then its not just the act of breastfeeding. Does infant
ever appear short of breath or acting as if there are breathing difficulties?
Does changing positions at the breast cause different reactions in the
infant? Sounds like moms milk supply is adequate? Are there other women in
the area that have breastfed that had any of these symptons with their
children?
Need more information on this situation .
