No, 'cos there isn't any.

This doctor needs to provide his patients with the evidence for his strange
instruction.

I can't think of a better way to make breastfeeding more
difficult......shopping, travelling, meeting friends for coffee and cake,
socialising...'here, can someone hold the baby for five minutes while I
find where  the public bathrooms are  in this restaurant so I can wash my
breasts, like my doctor told me.'

<eye roll>

What mother is going to take off her clothing in a public washroom and
start scrubbing away at her breasts???

And at home, who has *the time*??
