Have any of you seen "Early-onset" jaundice lately? I have had 2 babies
this month whose bili went up right away and, even though they were feeding
and eliminating well, the bilis were still very high 18and 20 at 2 and 3
weeks. They were treated with abm--one for 48 hours the other for 72 hours.
I saw another in November.

What do you think? I know that this type of jaundice does happen, but I am
surprised to see 2 in one month. Is this a problem that I wouldn't have
seen in the past because mom would just stop breastfeeding and I would
never hear of her?
