I need information on the compatibility of Zoloft, an antidepressant, while
nursing. I have the information included with the drug, and it says "caution
should be exercised when Zoloft is administered to breastfeeding women." What
kind of caution? (Baby is 10 1/2 months old, on few solids, and nurses day
and night.)

If this drug isn't suitable, what drug might be more suitable in this
situation? Thank you.
