Hello, Renee.
   Did this mother have bilateral DCIS?  If she did not have bilateral treatment, I am wondering if perhaps this mother is also dealing with retained placenta?  It would be very unusual for her to make absolutely no milk if only one of her breasts were treated for DCIS.
