I've searched the archives and found about 4 messages from January and
June of this year asking about any effects of the levonorgestrel IUD
Mirena on lactation.  No responses!  I have a post-partum client who is
looking for information on available birth control and she had a
pamphlet for Mirena from her doctor.

Does anyone have any additional information/experiences in the last 6
months?  I've already advised her that any hormonal birth control can
have an effect on breastfeeding, but she's really concerned about
getting solid b/c because she has an 18mo and a 3wo.
