Hi Susan,
The ICDC publish reports in a book on Code violations every few years rather
than individual reports on their website. The latest publication is for sale
on the website I think, although I think that this might have been prior to
Medela's latest action. I received an opinion from their Code lawyer after
sending a copy of an advertisement to her. That said, I believe that they
may be highlighting Medela's marketing strategies in their update newsletter
soon.
However, you don't have to be Einstein (or a lawyer) to deduce that their
activities are breaching the Code. Feeding bottles are clearly under the
scope of the Code which absolutely prohibits advertising of any kind of any
products under the Scope to the public.

Karleen, thank you for the very quick reply.

In a previous post you had mentioned the International Code Documentation
Centre had determined Medela as a violator. I checked their site but
couldn't find any reference to Medela, but there's no search function, so I
could have missed it. That's the link I was hoping to see.
