I have two issues to address. First, Marsha Walker,
you Rock and always bring a smile to my face. A
fairly large group of our INC nurses went to the DHA
formula Dinners and some are now wondering why we
would want to become Baby Friendly? And how did the
educational program segue to Baby Friendly?
My second question is if anyone know of any research
study on why women do not attend breastfeeding classes
prenatally? Our prenatal classes are packed but the
BF classes are a bit lite. When I ask new mothers if
they had taken a class, they say they didn't think it
would be necessary since it was natural.
