Any antidepressant of the SSRI class is known to increase dopamine levels in
the brain, and dopamine supresses prolactin secretion. So, theoretically,
milk production could be suppressed.  I have seen some moms where I wonder
if this is happening.  As in all other hormonal influences (like birth
control) different women have different sensitivities to them, which would
explain why many moms do fine, but some may not.
