Congrats to all the newly certified and recertified IBCLCs. I agree with  
Heather, that there are lots of lactation supporters (not IBCLCs) who are on  
this Listserve.  They excel in what they do, and we need each and  every 
one of you to contribute your expertise, passion, and beliefs to the field  in 
whatever capacity you have. Diversity and different roles can only help  
strengthen our efforts to support mothers, babies, and families.
