This question goes out to NICU or PICU Lactation consultants who have
experience with skimming breast milk for babies with chylothorax:

 

Have any of your hospitals purchased centrifuges to skim off the fat
from breastmilk for chylothorax patients?  If so, have you written
policies/procedures for its use?

I can really use some of your help with this topic.

 

I have not found the information I am looking for when searching the
archives.
