Be sure to tell them if you use this picture that this mother has spoken out
that it her wish to show this picture around the whole world to teach mothers
what can happen if they do not breastfeed.

I remember a couple of years ago when I was waiting in the Kindergarten hall for
the children to come out. I was sitting next to a mother with an appr. 8 month
old baby at her lap. Then this littel girls comes walking by (think she was
around 3 or so), looks at the mom and baby and then states: You should
breastfeed that baby. You can do it, do you know that? (The baby was a breastfed
Downs' Syndrome baby, but not hungry at that time BTW).
