It is possible to bf a small infant in a rear facing car seat, with Mom
seatbelted in as well. She just needs to lean forward and over a bit. Some
moms have even told me that they were able to twist their body slightly and
feed a child in a front facing carseat. Granted, it is probably easier for
larger breasted woman, but it can be done if pulling over soon isn't a
realistic option.
Truck drivers who happen to glance over do get an education though.
