There is something going on here.  If the mother definitely has hypoglycemia
that is not corrected by eating, then there needs to be more done than just
telling her to wean.  I would keep nursing and try to get some explanation
here.  "Why would I get hypoglycemia even though I eat just before?"  This
does not sound usual to me.  Maybe she has some sort of metabolic or
endocrine problem here, like, right?
