I think that's pretty much what happens, in reality. So we work to clarify
what different certifications and initials mean, because it's much simpler
when we know what they mean, but when it comes right down to it, it seems
that we do manage to work together. And I think we're doing all right for an
emerging, still young, profession! Although frankly there's a part of me
that wishes that we could just go back to being old crones helping each
other the way women always have - but I'm not naive enough to think that
that day will come again, so meanwhile I pursue the "credentials" because it
helps put food on the table!
