I've been looking for evidence -- a study -- that a baby consuming milk  that 
has been frozen/stored during a candida outbreak will go on to have another  
case of thrush or will reinfect the mother.
 
I've not seen it -- though I have seen the recommendations mentioned in  
numerous publications ("never store/freeze pumped milk during a yeast  infection") 
but no citations follow that to demonstrate that the baby will be  
reinfected.  There is one article written in Portuguese (I believe it is  from Brazil) 
that states that freezing the milk does not destroy the yeast,  but nothing in 
that article suggests that the baby or mother will become  reinfected if they 
consume the milk.
 
So I'd be most grateful if you could please send me the  documentation....and 
will stand corrected.  It is quite possible there is a  study out there and 
I've simply not come across it.
 
Do you also recommend that the mother should not breastfeed if she has  yeast 
on her nipples or the baby has thrush so as not to keep reinfecting each  
other??  
 
What about the properties in breastmilk that act as antifungals?
