This reminds me of a pediatrician I used to work with saying "a healthy baby
helps itself to be born", and what the implications might be for a baby whose
birth is triggered from an outside source and not in response to something
the mother/baby unit recognizes as readiness cues... can and does seem to
lead to all sorts of difficulties...
