I once had a Mom who repeatedly presented with the same problem.  In her
case it was the frequent use of the seat belt.  She was driving her other
child to pre-school 2x/day, 5 days a week.  When she changed the position
of the belt the frequent plugged ducts decreased dramatically.  Ann
