The biggest issue is probably iron and zinc for a toddler who does not
take solids.  Low levels of zinc may suppress appetite and further
interfere with feeding.

I strongly suggest Pre Feeding Skills 2nd edition (Therapy Skill
Builders) for good info on feeding problems.  Marsha Dunn Klein (one of
the co-authors) has a practice called Mealtime Notions in the Tucson, AZ
area, and respects breastfeeding.
