It is ***extremely unlikely*** that breastfeeding has anything to do
with the baby's dropping hemoglobin.  In the first place, anti-D
antibodies, (the problem), would not appear in the mothers milk,
except perhaps in miniscule quantities.  Secondly, even if they do,
they wouldn't be absorbed.  In the extremely unlikely event they are
absorbed, the concentration would be so low, that they should not
cause problems.

Something is odd here though.  A *two month* old with hemolysis due to
Rh incompatibility?  This is odd, very odd.  Maybe we don't have the
right diagnosis?
