I have seen this video at a childbirth conference and it is hilarious.  I
believe it was made either by the Seattle Midwifery School or by a student
of the school.  The school has a website at: http://www.seattlemidwifery.org
and the video is listed in their library collection at:
http://www.seattlemidwifery.org/library.htm.  Unfortunately it doesn't look
like they sell copies.  But maybe they would if they got enough requests . .
. ?
