I ran a bf group seperate from LLL as well.  We focused on a topic each
time, and I made sure that I was providing lots of anticipatory guidance,
so moms would not 'panic wean' for normal things like cluster feedings,
nursing strikes, growth spurts, etc.  We did not charge, but had each mom
bring a snack for the group, and do one job (sweep floor), etc.  We had
different color "job slips" for new moms and toddler moms, so no one
would be given anything onerous.  We made sure there was always question
time, as well.
