The following was in the Life section of the USA today. Im glad to be
seeing more breastfeeding articles in the newspapers!!!!!!!



LIFE

                          No need for extra calcium
                         Breast-feeding women need their calcium but,
                         contrary to conventional wisdom, they don't
need
                         more than other women, a study shows. The
study, in
                         Thursday's New England Journal of Medicine,
finds
                         that with or without extra calcium, women
lose                    bone
                         mass while nursing. But they also regain the
bone
                         when they stop.
