Abbott Labs are not related to Eli  Lilly -- they are, however, related to
Ross Labs.  Eli Lilly doesn't, as  far as I know, make any sort of infant milk.
Glucophage is made by  Bristol-Meyers-Squibb, which is the parent company of
Mead Johnson.   However, you can get metformin which is the generic from some
unknown company  that doesn't make formula.
