Hi Katy
Congratulations to the panel of reviewers.  I have used this review in my
work on more than one occasion already. My only criticism is that once again
breastfeeding is treated as the exposure and so the reiview concludes that
'breastfeeding reduces the risk ... '.  It will be a wonderful day when we
all understand that exposing infants to non-human milk feeds in the first
six months INCREASES their risk of various morbidities and mortality.
