Dear Friends: I just wanted to thank all who responded to me personally and privately with suggestions of how to effectively distribute 600 hand pumps. Suggestions ranged from prenatal incentives to postnatal interventions. 

With a group of community BF educators and supporters, we are putting together a program. We will try and incorporate some people not usually at the BF table and train them! so maybe we will have more assistants to help in the long run. We will use many of the suggestions you made.
