 Hi everybody. A 33 y old mom has a 3 wks old infant who gets only 20-40 ml of breast milk - by test weighing- topped up with artificial milk. When 19 y old she underwent neurosurgery to remove a hypophyseal adenoma and received  GH suppressor therapy for 5 y. Now she is on thyroid replacement therapy, 75 mg per day and wonders whether she "cannot produce milk". Is there any chance she has got her hypophysis damaged  by surgery or drug treatment?
