Medela is not violating the Code if their products are mentioned or
pictured on a website other than one owned by Medela. If they did not
place the ad or the product on another website then it is the other
website that is violating the Code.The free bottle contest and offer
certainly are Code violations. We can make Medela aware of the bottle
promotions and request that they ask the other party to cease promoting
the bottles.
