Bravo Liz on the whole post, ...reminds me of a quote I try to remember to
say to myself when I feel that I am about to think critically of a peer:

"Are you a critic or a role model?"

...this sometimes helps me take a more objective non-emotional look at the
issue and decide, choose the better response.
