I used to work in a busy doctor's office, it was a family practice 
residency teaching program.  We did not give out samples but the drug 
reps were always coming to see us with their "free" pens and stuff.

One day one of our residents stopped at the table where the drug rep was 
set up and said "So are you the reason why these drugs are so darned 
expensive?"  The "rep" didn't know what to say!  I thought, YES!!  
Someone finally said it!
