Today one of our nurses showed me photos of her grandson, he is about 3-4 
weeks old with the most outrageous thrush!!! His tongue looked as though 
someone had painted about 10 coats of white paint on his tongue!!He has had 
it since day 2 of life, mom is not breastfeeding at this time, and he has 
been treated with Nystatin since then....and mom has gone down the list of 
ways to combat it,he has the diaper rash as well,has anyone seen it this 
bad? His whole mouth is thick white, and he is miserable, mom and grandma 
desperately seen any assistance from anyone out there who has maybe dealt 
with it this bad....HELP!!
