June 1 front page of Washington post has an article called: Baby Formula
fight puts fat under fire. Banned DHA is found in mothers milk. The article
goes on to the center section and cover almost an entire page. The debate
being whether or not DHA should be added. Not once is breastfeeding
mentioned as an alternative option. Rather there seems to be a question
about whether it should be added to some formula (the stuff that does not go
to WIC) as WIC purchases formula for almost wholesale prices. This is
loosely quoted from the article. Read it and weep.
