I had a patient in the hospital who had green drainage from breasts before
milk came in. Cytology screen done. Found "rare degenerated ductal cells,
foam cells with inflammation and proteneaus debree." Infant continued breast
feeding. Major concern was that the right nipple had always protracted.
Mother stated that Eight years ago it became inverted. She had never
addressed this symptom with her doc. Follow up was to happen in the office.
Very interested in the results of your search to ans. for your patient.
