Does anyone know whether any nursing mother taking paroxetine for depression
has experienced a delayed or inhibited let-down reflex? Could this drug cause
a decreased milk supply - I see anti-cholinergic type side-effects are listed
for it (dry mouth, constipation) although they don't seem to be a major
problem? I am seeing a mother who thinks her let-down has gone since she
started taking the drug, although the five-month-old baby is thriving and
contented, albeit also on solids, and I don't see any problem. I would
appreciate any information anyone can share.
Thanks.
