Keleigh, The thing that first jumped out at me was the too-small
pelvis. Not what you are asking about - but it's important for moms to
know their pelvis was not "too small" - their baby was too big because
they did such a good job of growing them. (And usually the baby was in
there in an odd spot or odd position...Polly Perez has a word,
"kattywhumpus", that she uses for some of those babies. I love that
word!)

Moms are more likely to carry around an awful lot of baggage about
their "failures" at births when they turn the blame inwards. So help
her on that one...and I'm going to look forward to reading more posts
about what's going on in those breasts.
