I wonder if the mum heard slightly incorrectly and someone said that
this would increase the amount of 'good' fatty acids in her milk
rather than increase the amount of milk?? As it is true that you can
alter the fat profile of your milk by changing the proportions of
types of fats and oils in your diet. The amount of fat in the milk
doesn't change either - just the types.
