We are a large rental station that rents A/e as well as M products. The
disposable kits we see usually last for a month or less , then for some darn
reason, just quit --no suction. Mom has to then buy a new kit. I have no idea
why. THey cannot be adapted to hand pump ( or the more portable pump in the
case of the M pump) and you cannot replace the parts that break or get lost.
As far as A/E reps here. I know the district rep has worked for A/E for a
couple years or more and then continued on with Holister. He is very
knowledgable about the products. My territory sales person is a wonderful
lady , very responsive and helpful.
I like giving people choices. Each mom is different and likes different
things. I wish there were more companies who made the high quality pumps as
the two mentioned. Competion makes companies better in everyway--service &
products .
