If the mother's milk supply is plentiful enough, she can use breast
compression to get the milk into the baby. It might work. Also, I saw
one mother use her finger to keep the breast in the baby's mouth and up
against the palate forming a seal. Almost like she was finger feeding
with her breast instead of a tube. It seemed to help.
