When I worked in a NICU as an OT, breastfeeding mothers received free meals in
the cafeteria, on the theory that they were providing something for the
baby that would otherwise have to be provided by the hospital. We accepted
free abm, so I'm not sure how relevant the argument really was, but it
sure was a great idea!
